School fees & Deadlines

For admission, BBI selects candidates who have a genuine desire to study for a career in international hotel management.

Student Registration

Students must have the will and motivation to complete their studies, which will give them the managerial qualities required by companies.

Selection is based on the presentation of the candidate's personal file. During the selection process, the admissions committee takes into account the overall profile of each candidate, their qualifications from previous studies, their letter of motivation, their desire to succeed and their references.

Annual tuition fees

Academic Year 2021-2022

For the Bachelor programme (duration - 3 years)

  • European citizen - 10.950,00 € per year
  • Non-EU citizen - € 11.950,00 per year

For the Master Preparatory Year - Qualifying Year (duration - 1 year)

  • European citizen - € 10.950,00 per year
  • Non-EU citizen - € 11.950,00 per year

For the Master programme (duration - 1 year)

  • European citizen - € 11.950,00 per year
  • Non-EU citizen - 12.950,00 € per year

Details of fees, initial deposit and instalments are given in the "Tuition Fees and Payment Arrangements" section of the "Information Brochure" 115.1./115.2.REG, Tuition fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms, deadlines and conditions set out at the time of registration.

Tuition fees include

  • Admission, tuition fees, supervision, internship service and work placement
  • Syllabi and textbooks.
  • Intermediate tests and final exams (except for an additional make-up exam)
  • E-learning language courses - ALTISSIA system
  • Participation in professional WORKSHOPS and SEMINARS
  • Double diploma, intermediate tests and final exam in the host institution
  • Individual insurance covering "Accident" and "Civil Liability" risks during all activities organised by the institute
  • Computer services (internet/email) + Library services (books and videos)
  • Alumni Club network
  • Internship and job search platform

Admission deadlines

Academic Year 2021-2022

  • EU citizens and long-term residents: 15/09/2021
  • Foreign students (non-EU): 15/08/2021
  • Duration of the admission procedure: approximately two weeks
  • First day of classes: Friday 01/10/2021
  • Depending on the COVID-19 situation, the courses could be delivered via the e-learning system
