As staff members, external collaborators and registered student at BBI, they have to provide some limited personal information in order to enable the provision of administrative services. By supplying these information those individuals are consenting to the Institute holding and using it for the purposes for which it was provided
The EU General Data Protection Regulation replace the Data Protection Act of 2 August 2002 of Luxembourg:
The GDPR reforms the European Data Protection Rules by increasing protection of personal data of individual persons.
The development of this legal framework is to protect the freedom and fundamental rights of individuals, especially their private life, in relation to the processing of their personal data.
The GDPR reassure individuals that their personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Policy, which stipulate that their personal data is at all times secure safe from unauthorized access, alteration, misuse or loss.

Personal information will not be sold or given to third parties, or provided to direct marketing companies or other such organisations without your permission. However, if we are under a duty to disclose or share such information in order to comply with any legal obligation or to protect the rights, property or safety of BBI institute, its members or others we may disclose your personal information to third parties.
The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days, without any reason and without penalty, when he changes his mind after the conclusion of a distance contract or an off-premises contract.
However, obligations remain the responsibility of both parties, even if the contract is deemed never to have been concluded.
Consumers who have concluded a distance or off-premises contract with a professional have a right of withdrawal.
